Continuously adjustable valve exhaust system, which we developed in collaboration with the industry leader for valve exhaust systems, Jekill & Hyde®. From the initial idea to the finished product, the development process took almost a year. The result is the world's first full adjustable valve exhaust system for all classic air-cooled BMW R80 and R100 models, with standard 38mm headers.
The complete systems are made of high-quality stainless steel and are available in black ceramic-coated or brushed stainless steel. As a highlight, we offer various end caps so that you can design and configure your system completely individually.
Compared to many other valve-operated exhaust systems, our systems are continuously adjustable. This means there's not just a "valve open" and a "valve closed" option, but you can also open the valves by, for example, only 25% or 50%, making the whole thing completely stepless at the touch of a button.
When the valves are closed, the noise level corresponds to that of the original exhaust system.
Another highlight are the two headers, which have a massive 46mm diameter and taper to 38mm at the connection point to the cylinder head.
All components and mounting hardware are included for plug-and-play installation of the exhaust system on an R80 or R100 Monolever. The system also fits R80 and R100 Twin-Shock and Paralever models, although slight adjustments to the brake lever and side stand are required.
The exhaust systems are street legal and are supplied with a TÜV certificate and detailed, illustrated installation instructions.
