SCHIZZO® Clamp ring for manifold

For the installation of the exhaust system clamping and pressure ring are needed. 

If the star nut is installed alone, there is too much play and the manifold would not sit tight. The clamping and pressure ring close the opening so that no exhaust gases can escape from the cylinder head and no play occurs.

On our SCHIZZO® models, the star nut is installed and tightened first, then the pressure ring, and finally the clamping ring. Two clamping rings and two pressure rings are required for assembly.

Only the clamping ring (D=38mm) is included in the delivery, the matching pressure ring can be found below.
