With this service, you commission us to wire your bike completely and make a wiring harness perfectly tailored to your motorcycle.
The rebuilding of the electrical system on a completely new bike is always a bit tricky. Even the relatively simple vehicle electrics as on our old BMW's, is usually not easily feasible for a layman. The smallest errors usually have a negative effect later in driving operation and a subsequent troubleshooting is like searching for the famous needle in the haystack. With a faulty wiring harness, the fun of riding and the fun of the motorcycle quickly falls by the wayside.
We provide a remedy for this problem and offer you the professional production of the complete vehicle electrical system including assembly and installation on your BMW Boxer R45, R65, R75, R80 or R100.
Procedure:
After making an appointment, you bring your motorcycle to our manufactory in Hockenheim. Ideally, you should have already assembled the vehicle (with the exception of the wiring, of course). In any case, all components that are to be wired, i.e. headlights, taillights, ignition lock, handlebar switch, etc. should already be in place. The original cables that must be brought are listed

For the complete wiring we need your vehicle about two weeks. When you pick up the vehicle after two weeks, it will be wired up as shown in our photos. When you pick up the bike, we will also perform a comprehensive functional test.
Additional tasks, such as disassembling parts or drilling holes (if desired), are not included in the price and will be charged separately based on the amount of work required. Therefore, proper preparation is necessary.
