Completely pre-assembled BMW Monolever Rolling Chassis Kits with all necessary components and small parts.
We now offer completely pre-assembled rolling chassis kits for all do-it-yourselfers, which essentially contain all components and small parts for the basic structure to start a cool SCHIZZO® project. This eliminates the need to buy a complete motorcycle, more than half of which is dismantled and ends up on the scrap heap anyway. All the time-consuming work on the frame, fork, rear axle gearbox etc. has already been done by us, so that you can concentrate fully on the design of your bike.
The BMW frames are accident-free German BMW Monolever frames with German papers.
The Rolling Chassis Kit shown here is the basic version and can be individually configured and upgraded according to customer requirements.
This rolling chassis kit can be used to build a cafe racer, a roadster or a scrambler. But you would rather build a bobber? No problem! For an extra charge of €399.00, we also offer the Rolling Chassis Kits with a complete bobber seat kit instead of our rear frame.
On request, we can also supply our Rolling Chassis Kits with fully overhauled engines and gearboxes.

1x Original BMW R80/R100 Monolever main frame, incl. german documents.
The frame has been completely overhauled, all brackets that are no longer used have been removed and new brackets welded on,
Frame cleanly sanded, sandblasted and powder-coated in glossy black.
1x Original BMW Monolever rear swingarm, completely overhauled, sandblasted and powder-coated in gloss black.
1x Original BMW Monolever rear axle gearbox, completely overhauled and reconditioned, black matt thermo-coated,
incl. new oil filler plug, oil drain plug and breather filter
1x Original BMW Monolever cardan shaft, with overhauled joints and new rubber sleeve incl. new hose clamp
1x Original BMW Monolever swingarm axle, incl. nuts and washers
