SCHIZZO® Front Fender, aluminium

Very nice handmade SCHIZZO® Front Fender, new design, as we used them on all of our SCHIZZO® BMW's. Fits bolt-on to all BMW Monolever-, Paralever and Twin Shock Models with 18" front wheels if the stock fork stabilizer and bracket are removed.

The front fender itself is made out of Aluminium with crimps on both sides, 105mm wide and 350mm long. The fender comes with a special radius to fit the tire absolut perfect.

The fender brackets are CNC-machined from 3mm high-grade Aluminum. The fixing holes where the fender is bolted to the fork legs are designed as long holes. So, the fender can be adjusted very precisely to the respective tire radius.

We offer these fenders in three versions:
- LOW (stock tire sizes)
- MID (Enduro tires like the TKC80 or Heidenau K60 Scout)
- HIGH (high profile tires, like Firestone, Shinko etc.)

Important Facts: Compared to other front fenders on the market...
1. Our fender needs no additional spacer! They bolt right on to the fork-legs which results in a super clean look!
2. Our fender can be mounted as close as possible to the tire, because our screw connections do not require nuts. This also helps to avoid tire damage

Our fenders are also available in matt-black powder coated. The fenders itself are powder coated in solid matt-black and the fender brackets are powder coated in a nice matt-black structure.
