The WalzWerk battery box is mounted at an optimal center of gravity position and is nearly invisible beneath the gearbox, utilizing existing mounting points. No drilling, grinding, or welding is necessary—it's a true "plug & play" installation.
A must-have for all BMW Boxer conversions where the battery needs to be relocated. It is an essential standard component on all our BMW "SCHIZZO®" Concept Bikes.
Our battery boxes are designed to accommodate ultra-light and maintenance-free lithium-ion batteries (Dimensions: 117mm x 90mm x 71mm). Upon request, we also supply the battery boxes as complete kits, including the matching lithium-ion battery, see below.
The delivery includes all screws and bushings necessary for assembly.
As with all original WalzWerk products, our battery boxes are of unparalleled high quality. For example, the housing is seamlessly welded all around (not just spot-welded or partially welded like other battery boxes on the market), and the edges are precisely smoothed. In this sense, each of our battery boxes is a small work of art.
Note: This battery box is required for installing the Fallert oil pan.
