This short rear fender kit is the basis for a custom rear-end conversion and is the same setup we use on our own 35th Anniversary Bike.
Since every bike and tire combination is different, the aluminum fender is supplied oversized and needs to be trimmed and adjusted to fit.
The fender is available in raw aluminum only and comes in two widths: 120 mm or 130 mm.
The kit includes:
- 1x Aluminum fender (raw, oversized)
- 2x Upper fender brackets
- 1x Fender support strut
- Mounting hardware and bolt set
Installation Notes
Installation requires drilling and tapping two threaded holes into the swingarm. By positioning the holes high enough, we have not experienced any oil leaks during our installations. As tire widths and heights vary depending on the motorcycle, individual adjustments are necessary. This product is supplied as a DIY kit and is not a plug-and-play part.
Installation requires mechanical skills as well as welding, grinding, and fitting work.
