Electric

 
Is a resistor necessary for the lithium battery to charge?  

• Yes, a resistor of approx. 47 Ohm / 5 Watt must be installed.

 
The charging indicator is no longer used on the LED headlight. What now?  

• To bypass the indicator light, a resistor with 47 ohms and 5 watts must be installed.

 
Do I need to reinstall the starter relay with the Motogadget mo. Unit blue?  

• No, only a fuse needs to be installed.

 
How many volts should the regulator be set to?  

• The regulator set to approx. 14 volts.

 
       

Fork Springs

 
How must the progressive springs be installed?  

• The progressive part of the spring (narrowing) must point upwards. The sleeves are installed over the springs.

 

Fork

 
What quantity of oil must be filled into the fork?  

• 300ml per fork side

 
Which fork oil is used?  

• We use the fork oil SAE20.

   
By how many millimeters do you shorten the fork on your SCHIZZO® models?  

• SCHIZZO® Cafe Racer 120mm, SCHIZZO® Roadster 120mm, SCHIZZO® Bobber 100mm und SCHIZZO® Scrambler 60mm.

 

Rear Frames

 
Is there an certificate or similar for the rear frames?  

• We have for the Monolever rear frame a DTC certificate (from Switzerland) available. The certificate can be purchased upon request. Please note: Even with the certificate we can not guarantee that your TÜV inspector registers the rear frame. Please check in advance with the TÜV inspector. If problems arise, there is the possibility to register the rear frame with us.

 

Handlebar & Parts

 
What must be set on the speedometer if the speed is not displayed correctly?  

• With the speedometer, the tire circumference must be adjusted. Normally, this figure is 1.450mm or 1.575 for a Shinko tire. To make this adjustment, please use the Cri-function, which we also use internally to set the tire size.
